First Call Heating
First Call Heating is a boiler and heating engineering firm based near Southampton. A family business, it prides itself on personal service, providing customers with the highest levels of satisfaction at competitive prices.
Realising their website was starting to look dated, they decided it was time for a brand new eye-catching site that offered visitors a user-friendly experience with better customer conversion rates.
First Call Heating wanted to work with a local digital marketing company in Hampshire, and approached us to design and build their new website after seeing such positive reviews and feedback from other clients.
Tri-Synergy produced a site for First Call Heating that has a bold but clean web design. White spaces and banners were combined effectively to make the website easier to read and navigate to see First Call Heating’s full range of services.
The site is responsive, with a new bespoke online booking form and horizontal menu, offering an enhanced user experience. The use of colour and an exciting image gallery also makes the website much more appealing to customers than the previous text-heavy site.
In addition to the new website, Tri-Synergy organised a video shoot to provide content for the website. The video shoot was carried out onsite at their newly refurbished showroom and included an interview with James (Managing Director), introducing the company to new visitors and a tour of their showroom.
